Hello! I am so excited to meet you. I am an EMDRIA approved Consultant in Training with 5 years of experience practicing specifically with EMDR, and many more years of experience working with those affected by trauma, adversity, and other life challenges.

I decided to work toward becoming an EMDR consultant after becoming certified in EMDR and realizing my desire to pass along the beautiful gift of empowered healing that is EMDR to as many people as possible. The best way to do this, in my view, is to support clinicians and to build a learning community where every therapist can experience a sense of support, acceptance, and belonging.

During my social work career, I have worked extensively with children, families, and adults, affected by life’s worst experiences and have had the honor of witnessing incredible resilience, healing, and growth. Humans are beautiful.

As an EMDR consultant I want to help you in your unique journey with this life changing approach.

During my EMDR practice, I have had a special interest in working with attachment disruptions and relationally-based trauma, trauma experienced through combat and moral injury, occupational stress injuries (first responders), and child and adult survivors of childhood maltreatment. I have worked extensively with dissociative disorders in children and adults.

I also really enjoy working with anxiety, phobias, and panic disorders as well as OCD.

I am creative, compassionate, and authentic in my approach to consultation, and want you to feel seen, heard, and valued during our learning journey together. I can’t wait to meet you.

My Offerings

Currently, for newly trained EMDR clinicians, I provide 3 one-hour consultation sessions free of charge in addition to enrollment in the belonginc. EMDR learning community which includes access to resources, connection with other therapists, and free give-aways to support you in your practice.

Following the completion of 3 free sessions, I offer consultation at a rate of $80 for individual consultation and $40 for group consultation. Please note that all funds are processed in Canadian Dollars.
